MyFAK stands for My First Aid Kit or Mental First Aid Kit. While it’s helpful to have First Aid for our physical injuries in life, sometimes we need support for our mental/emotional pain. We’re excited to share this kit with Ontario because it includes items that could make a significant difference in our times of distress – before they take place, during, and even after. Especially this year.
