Activities for your Wellbeing

Virtual Tours

We live in a digital age where many real-world experiences have been transformed into digital ones. Together you can explore and discover the world from inside your own four walls.

It's being a year, a very tough year for all of us. If you read this page that means you're looking for new ways to occupy yourself or your loved ones during this hard time. Two of our readers Sam and Jake helped to pick out another great virtual field trip resource for all of you to enjoy, at https://www.titlemax.com/articles/road-trip-from-home-virtual-field-trips/ we would like to thank them for their input and ask you to send us new links, so we can include them in this page.

Mandalas

from everyday items

The mandala is found everywhere in nature from the basic cell structure, atoms, solar systems, flowers, tree trunk rings, shells, etc. Look around you and you will see circles in most natural things.

Food Art

For many people, cooking is an outlet for creative expression. Cooking is a great way to engage all of your senses. While you cook, your sensory awareness is increased through physically touching ingredients, inhaling smells associated with cooking, tasting prepared food items, and visually experiencing foods.

Zen Gardening

Zen gardens use rocks and gravel or sand to recreate the essence of nature. The swirling patterns give a complete look to a Zen garden. These lines are important as they have a calming effect on the mind.

Zen Doodling

When you draw a Zendoodle, you’re creating a work of art, but you’re also deliberately creating a mood, focus, and state of mind.
